I am delighted to present Fieldfisher’s update on our sustainability initiatives.

Sustainability and inclusion are integral to our firm’s values and underpin our One Europe strategy, as well as our relationships with clients and communities.

As a People first firm, we are committed to fostering inclusion and supporting wellbeing, recognising that this enriches both our people and our client service. Our Wellbeing Together campaign exemplified this commitment, enabling us to connect, learn, and support both physical and mental wellbeing across the firm, while also raising awareness of key issues within the legal profession.

As striving towards an orderly transition and the opportunities generated by a decarbonised economy remains important to our clients, communities and people, we have continued our focus too. This includes work specifically around travel, employee commuting and our supply chain. I am incredibly proud of and inspired by our collective achievements in deepening our partnerships with charity and community organisations. I am also proud of how we are broadening our pro bono legal services across the firm to support meaningful and sustainable change around responsible AI innovation and young people’s education about their legal rights.

The dedication and engagement of our people, clients and communities remain central to our approach and driving our progress and challenging our ambition.

Thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy reading about another full and exciting year of ‘sustainability in action’.
