Inclusion networks
Our inclusion networks are at the heart of our progress. These networks provide safe spaces for collaboration, support and advocacy, ensuring diverse voices are heard and valued. From raising awareness about key issues in society to fostering cross-office collaboration, our networks are the backbone of our inclusion efforts and an essential part of our success.
Led by the social model of disability, the Discover Network aims to create an accessible space to talk about disability, neurodiversity, and long-term health conditions and to take anticipatory action to remove barriers and implement inclusive and equitable change at the firm.
The Family and Carers Network aims to promote knowledge sharing and is dedicated to empowering and supporting working families and carers in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
