We have extended our efforts beyond our workplace and into the communities where we operate, through partnerships with external organisations and engaging with our clients, like Peloton, around inclusion and social impact. We are also committed to promoting the inclusion agenda across the legal profession. Critically, this investment enables us to learn from others and amplify our efforts to create longer term value and a broader legacy of positive change.

Looking forward, we are working with our senior leadership to finalise our next three-year inclusion strategy and further align our efforts with industry best practice, the SDGs1 and hold ourselves accountable to clear metrics.

We have set out some highlights of our work (over this reporting period) in key areas regarding inclusion, diversity and equity; social mobility; and employee well-being, below.

We partnered with the Girls Human Rights Hub (GHRH) an organisation dedicated to empowering young women from around the world to become advocates for human rights. The GHRH is a programme that seeks to create opportunities for young girls, pursue gender equity and eradicate gender-based violence.

We were very pleased to support the inaugural Young Lawyers Symposium, as part of our commitment to gender inclusion in our communities. This Symposium is an important event within a five-day Girls Human Rights Festival, which welcomed over 120 aspiring young lawyers and women dedicated to advancing human rights.

The event featured practical skills training, inspirational stories, and opportunities for networking, creating a unique platform for young women to amplify their voices and pursue careers in the legal sector and promote gender inclusion.
