We celebrated Women’s History Month 2024

by highlighting the achievements and contributions of women across the firm

and International Women’s Day through

“Inspire Inclusion”.

Key initiatives and activities:

  • Celebrating the remarkable journeys of five female lawyers who shared their experiences, challenges and triumphs in the legal field at a round table discussion in our Barcelona office. Their stories demonstrated the power of perseverance, resilience and solidarity to drive positive change and build a fairer future.
  • Our Women@Work Network hosted Hayley Mulenda, a multi-award-winning international speaker, on the need for “real models” over “role models.” It delivered a powerful message that women from all backgrounds can progress and develop within the workplace, and as humans, we all have flaws and can still be inspirational.
  • Our London office, in conjunction with the Black Solicitors Network, hosted a film screening of Fisayo Thompson’s documentary ‘Walking Through Walls’, detailing her journey with endometriosis and adenomyosis.

“I would like to express my immense gratitude to Fieldfisher for screening my film and having a Q&A session.

It was an honour and a seamless experience working with you.

The organisers and attendees were lovely and asked pertinent questions.

I hope everyone joins our call to spread awareness and demand change by sharing correct information included in the free tool kit.”

– Fisayo Thompson
