Support and Education) hosted a UK-wide workshop to foster dialogue, build community, and advance race equity.
The session aligned with the national theme #EveryActionCounts, focusing on practical steps – sharing lived experiences, identifying improvement areas, and shaping future initiatives.

RISE continues to play a vital role in shaping our inclusion strategy and we can see the momentum sparked by this event galvanising several specifically themed follow up workshops.

I found it to be a very welcoming and non-hierarchical meet-up. I really enjoyed having casual conversations with colleagues across different levels of seniority and appreciated the opportunity to chat about a variety of topics. The event truly reflects the firm’s inclusive and friendly culture.

The RISE UP lunch session was a wonderful opportunity to connect with global majority colleagues, from legal assistants to partners, around the parts of our identities that make us who we are, and how those identities affect our experience at work – in positive and challenging ways.
