Launched during Mental Health Awareness Week in May 2024, Wellbeing Together ran for a year across all Fieldfisher offices and countries across Europe. The initiative encouraged colleagues to prioritise health, movement and connection.

Over the year, colleagues collectively walked more than 112 million steps—enough to circle the globe twice—and found creative ways to stay active and connected. Highlights included marathons in Amsterdam, Paris and London, art gallery visits in Milan, and kindness challenges in Belfast.

Weekly themes focused on hydration, rest, kindness and physical activity, while expert-led workshops explored topics such as resilience, happiness at work and neurodivergent inclusion. A standout moment was a firmwide webinar with sleep coach Chris Surel, offering practical strategies for better rest and recovery.

The formal campaign has ended, but its influence remains. For many colleagues, our Wellbeing Together initiative has left an important beneficial legacy by fostering enduring networks of support and engagement that continue to strengthen our firm’s community. Supported by our active Wellbeing Champions, many positive habits established during the campaign have become integral to our daily working life.
